Kajian Subkronik 28 Hari Ekstrak Metanolik Scurrula atropurpurea terhadap Kadar Creatine Phosphokinase Tikus Betina A Subcronic 28 Days Study of Metanolic Extract Scurrula atropurpurea to Creatine Phosphokinase Levels of Female Rats

Abstract
Tea parasite plants (Scurrula atropurpurea Bl. Dans.) are parasitic plants that live disrupt in tea plant. Scurrula atropurpurea Bl. Dans have many active compound content one of them is Flovonoid like quersetin which can be recovered various diseases. CPK enzyme is one of the clinical biochemical parameters was used determine the safety of test preparations, especially in subcronic in test heart condition, because the enzyme CPK as cardiag biomarker. The purpose this study was to determine the level of CPK in female wistar rats (Rattus novergicus) after being exposed Metanolic Extract Scurrula atropurpurea Bl Dans. (MESA) is subchronically 28 days. This research is True Experimental Design with Completely Randomized. The rats be used were 20 with female genitals were divided into 4 Treatments with Treatment1 control and three Treatments were exposed to EMSA with doses 250, 500, and 1000 mg / KgBW 5 times a week. After 28 days rats be dissected and analyzed levels of CPK enzymes, then the data obtained were analyzed using spss14. It used ANOVA test. ANOVA test results showed that the CPK content of treatment was not significantly different from the controls because the sig value 0.449 more than 0.005 this means that EMSA did not affect the serum CPK enzyme level of female rats and no toxic effect was caused so that EMSA was declared safe by sub-chronic test . The value of the CPK enzyme level of treatment was approaching the control value is 250 Mg / KgBW dose so we recommend the dose.
ABSTRAK
Tanaman benalu teh (Scurrula atropurpurea Bl. Dans.) merupakan tanaman parasit yang hidup mengganggu pada tanaman teh. Scurrula atropurpurea Bl. Dans memiliki banyak kandungan senyawa aktif salah satunya yaitu Flovonoid seperti quersetin yang dapat menyembuhkan berbagai penyakit. Enzim Creatine Phosphokinase (CPK) merupakan salah satu parameter biokimia klinis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui keamanan sediaan uji terutama dalam uji subkronik terutama pada keadaan jantung, karena enzim CPK sebagai cardiag biomarker. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kadar CPK pada tikus wistar (Rattus novergicus) betina setelah dipapari Ekstrak Metanolik Scurrula atropurpurea Bl Dans. (EMSA) secara sub-kronik selama 28 hari. Penelitian ini adalah True Experimental Design dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap. Tikus yang digunakan ada 20 ekor dengan kelamin betina dibagi menjadi 4 perlakuan dengan perlakuan I sebagai kontrol dan tiga perlakuan dipapari EMSA dengan dosis 250, 500, dan 1000 mg/KgBB 5 kali seminggu. Setalah 28 hari tikus dibedah dan dianalisis kadar enzim CPK, selanjutnya data yang didapat dianalisis menggunakan spss14. Menggunakan uji ANOVA. Hasil analisis uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwasanya kadar CPK perlakuan tidak berbeda nyata dengan kontrol karena nilai sig 0,449 lebih dari 0,05 hal ini berarti EMSA tidak berpengaruh terhadap kadar enzim CPK serum tikus betina dan tidak ada efek toksik yang ditimbulkan sehingga EMSA dinyatakan aman secara uji sub-kronik. Nilai kadar enzim CPK perlakuan yang mendekati nilai kontrol yaitu dosis 250 mg/KgBB sehingga kami merekomendasikan dosis tersebut.
