Pengaruh Berbagai Tingkat pH pada Media MS Cair dan Penambahan Nanobubbles (NBS) Nitrogen Terhadap Pertumbuhan Anggrek Dendrobium sp.

Orchids (Orchidaceae) are one of the ornamental plants that have aesthetic value and attract attention to be cultivated. Tissue culture is one alternative as orchid propagation with planting media which is influenced by factors, one of which is pH. Recently the technology of nanobubbles (NBs) is used on orchid plants. NBs are the latest nanotechnologies that have been implemented in various fields, such as health, water, agriculture and others. NBs utilize gas bubbles measuring less than 100 nm in diameter. This study aims to determine the effect of nitrogen nanobubbles (NBsN2) for the growth of Dendrobium sp. orchids. The method applied is to add NBsN2 to Dendrobium sp. orchids. (aged 3-4 months) with different pH levels, for 35 days after planting (HST) with observation every 7 HST. In this study, the plantlets used had a size of 1 cm, consisting of 2 leaves and had no roots. The results showed that the growth of orchid plants Dendrobium sp. highest at pH treatment 5,4 + 2 ml MS with bud length (0,80 cm), number of buds (1,67 buds) and root length (0,73 cm). Leaf length growth affects the pH treatment of 5,6 + 2 mL with a length of 1,53 cm. The pH and NBsN2 treatments respond to leaf length, number of shoots and shoot length.
