Aktivitas Jamur Trichoderma viride Pada Substrat Pasta Tepung Kulit Buah Rambutan (Nephelium lappaceum) Menggunakan Tolok Ukur Glukosa (Fungi Activity of Trichoderma viride in Substrat of Rind Powder Paste of Rambutan ( Nephelium lappaceum))

Abstract
The rind of rambutan (Nepehelium lappaceum) fruit there is a cellulosa high contain of 24.28%. However, the utilization of rambutan rind is still rare and tends to become agricultural waste. This research used rambutan’s rind for glucose production in fermentation with Trichoderma viride fungi. The aim of this research is to study the pH of substrate and fermentation time in producing the highest value of glucose. This research is an experimental study with Randomized Block Design with replications of fermentation time category; 0, 3,6, and 9 days and two replicates of research unit. Analyzed data with ANOVA α = 0.95% and polynomial regression test. Determination of glucose was used phenol sulphate method with UV-vis spectrophotometer technique. pH treatments do not haveeffect toward fungi activity and pH of substrate with high activity of Trichoderma viride is on pH 5. The optimum fermentation time in producing glucose is 112.104 hours produce 38.552 mg/mL.

ABSTRAK
Selulosa yang cukup tinggi didalam kulit buah rambutan (Nephelium lappaceum) sebesar 24,28%. Namun, pemanfaatan kulit buah rambutan masih jarang dilakukan dan cenderung menjadi limbah pertanian. Penelitian ini menggunakan kulit buah rambutan untuk produksi glukosa secara fermentasi dengan jamur Trichoderma viride. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mempelajari pH substrat dan waktu fermentasi dalam menghasilkan nilai glukosa tertinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan ulangan kategori waktu fermentasi; 0, 3, 6, dan 9 hari dan dan dua ulangan unit penelitian untuk masing masing perlakuan, diambil rata-rata sehingga berjumlah 12 unit penelitian. Data dianalisis dengan ANOVA α= 0,95% serta uji regresi polinomial. Penentuan kadar glukosa dengan metode sulfat fenol dengan teknik spektrofotometer UV-sinar tampak. Perlakuan pH tidak mempunyai pengaruh kepada aktivitas jamur dan pH substrat dengan aktivitas Trichoderma viride tertinggi pada pH 5. Waktu fermentasi optimum dalam menghasilkan glukosa pada jam ke 112,104 menghasilkan 38.552 mg/mL.
