Perlakuan Asam Amino dalam Partikulasi Asap dan Hormon terhadap Pertumbuhan Stek Pucuk Zaitun (Olea europaea)

Abstract
Tanaman zaitun (Olea europaea L.) memiliki banyak manfaat. Ekstrak daun zaitun bisa digunakan sebagai antioksidan, anti inflamasi, anti mikroba, murunkan tekanan darah, gula darah, kanker, mengencerkan darah yang telalu kental, kardiovaskuler dan penyakit degeneratif. Produksi zaitun di Indonesia tergolong rendah dibandingkan dengan negara Mediterania sehingga budidaya zaitun harus terus dikembangkan. Budidaya zaitun dilakukan dengan stek teknik Microcutting. Keberhasilan stek dipengaruhi oleh aktivitas fisiologis tanaman. Asam amino dan hormon tumbuhan berpengaruh terhadap fisiologis tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh asam amino dan hormon tumbuhan dalam pupuk cair biogen serta kombinasinya terhadap pembentukan stek pucuk zaitun (Olea europaea L.). menggunakan metode eksperimen  Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Terdapat 20 perlakuan terdiri dari kontrol, asam amino triptofan fenil alanin, konsentrasi pupuk biogen 2,3,4 cc dalam 1 liter air. dengan frekuensi semprot satu minggu satu kali, dua kali dan dua minggu satu kali serta kombinasi asam amino dengan pupuk biogen. Data yang diperoleh diuji statistik menggunakan sidik ragam jika pengaruh dilanjutkan uji BNT 5%. Asam amino triptofan & fenilalanin, hormon dalam pupuk biogen berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan stek pucuk zaitun.
