Analisis Normalitas dan Abnormalitas Spermatozoa Kambing Peranakan Etawa (Capra aegagrus hircus L.) Sebelum dan Sesudah Fase Pembekuan The Spermatozoa Normality and Abnormality Analysis of Etawa crossbred Goat (Capra aegagrus hircus L.) Before and After Freezing Phase

Abstract
A effort for improving the quality of local goats in order to have superior values ​​in their genetics is to calculate the number of abnormalities in spermatozoa. The abnormal spermatozoa can inhibit fertilization if the amount of abnormality is so large. This study aim was to analyze the effect of freezing on the number of abnormalities and normality of spermatozoa of Etawa crossbred goats at the Insemination Center of Singosari in Malang. The sampling spermatozoa by floating on AV (Artificial Vagina), then observed under a microscope. The fresh spermatozoa and Post thawing motility spermatozoa were made reviews on the glass object and stained using eosin. The analysis uses the paired sample t-test with two interconnected sample groups. The results of the study were = - 0.346; t (0.025) = -2.306itung < t(0,025) means that H0 is accepted, meaning that there is no significant difference between spermatozoa before freezing and after freezing. From this study that freezing did not increase the number of spermatozoa abnormalities of the Etawa crossbred goat.

ABSTRAK
Salah satu usaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas kambing lokal agar mempunyai nilai keunggulan pada genetiknya dilakukan perhitungan jumlah abnormalitas dalam spermatozoa. Spermatozoa abnormal dapat menghambat terjadinya fertilisasi apabila jumlah abnormalitas begitu besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa pengaruh pembekuan terhadap jumlah abnormalitas dan normalitas spermatozoa kambing Peranakan Etawa (PE) di Balai Besar Inseminasi Buatan Singosari Malang. Metode pengambilan sampel spermatozoa dengan menapung pada AV (Artificial Vagina), selanjutnya diamati dibawah mikroskop. Spermatozoa segar dan spermatozoa PTM (Post thawing motility) dibuat ulasan di atas objek glass dan dilakukan pewarnaan menggunakan eosin. Analisis menggunakan uji t Paired Sample t-test dengan 2 kelompok sampel yang saling berhubungan. Hasil penelitian thit = - 0,346 ; t(0,025) = -2,306 thitung < t(0,025) artinya H0 diterima artinya tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara spermatozoa sebelum pembekuan dan sesudah pembekuan. Dari penelitian ini bahwa pembekuan tidak menaikkan jumlah abnormalitas spermatozoa kambing Peranakan Etawa.
