Uji Kandungan Senyawa Aktif Minuman Jahe Sereh (Zingiber officinale dan Cymbopogon citratus) Active Compound Test of Lemongrass Ginger (Zingiber officinale and Cymbopogon citratus)

Abstract
Ginger and lemongrass are both natural ingredients that are often used for spices in making various dishes. Ginger and lemongrass have a delicious smell and sting and can warm the body. Lemongrass ginger drink presents a flavor that is able to warm the body and make the body more fit and healthy. The purpose of this study determine the content of active compounds contained in lemongrass ginger drink (Zingiber officinale and Cymbopogon citratus). The research method used is experimental method using a combination of rhizome of ginger and lemongrass stem using 3 comparison that is 1: 1; 1: 2; and 2: 1 consist of 3 treatments and 4 replications with color scoring using newton reversed circle reversed circle reference and data analysis performed using Pearson correlation test. Lemongrass ginger drinks (Zingiber officinale and Cymbopogon citratus) contain active compounds in the form of alkaloids, flavonoids, and saponins and there are no quinons and no tannins. Correlation between alkaloid compounds (reagent dragendrof) 1: 2 with 1: 1 flavonoid compound alleged lemongrass ginger drink efficacious as anti-inflammatory, analgesic and correlation between saponin 1: 2 compounds with alkaloid (reagent dragendrof) 1: 1 allegedly efficacious as anti-inflammatoryLemongrass ginger drink in addition to efficacious as a body warmer drink is also thought to be nutritious to refresh the body.

ABSTRAK
Jahe dan sereh merupakan kedua bahan alami yang sering dipergunakan untuk bumbu dalam membuat berbagai masakan. Jahe dan sereh memiliki aroma sedap dan menyengat serta dapat menghangatkan tubuh. Minuman jahe sereh menyuguhkan rasa yang mampu menghangatkan tubuh dan membuat tubuh semakin bugar. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan zat aktif yang ada pada minuman jahe sereh (Zingiber officinale dan Cymbopogon citratus). Metode penelitian adalah metode eksperimen menggunakan kombinasi dari perasan rimpang jahe dan batang sereh sebagai variabel bebas; terdiri atas tiga perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Variabel terikat adalah intensitas warna hasil reaksi dan diberi skor warna menggunakan referensi lingkaran cincin newton skala terbalik dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan korelasi Pearson. Minuman jahe sereh (Zingiber officinale dan Cymbopogon citratus) terdapat senyawa aktif berupa alkaloid, flavonoid, dan saponin dan tidak terdapat senyawa kuinon dan tanin. Korelasi pertama diduga minuman jahe sereh berkhasiat sebagai antiinflamasi, analgesik dan korelasi kedua diduga berkhasiat sebagai antiinflamasi. Minuman jahe sereh selain berkhasiat sebagai minuman penghangat badan juga diduga berkhasiat untuk menyegarkan tubuh.
