Uji Kandungan Senyawa Aktif pada Kombinasi Kudu Laos (Morinda citrifolia dan Alpinia galanga) (Test of Active Compound in Combination of the Kudu-Laos (Morinda citrifolia and Alpinia galanga))

Abstract
Herb or herbal medicine namely Kudu Laos potential as afitness therapy used in health care. This research aims to know contains of active compound in the combination of Morinda citrifolia and Alpinia galanga which had different treatments, by finding the correlation among of the active compound. The kind of this research is experimental laboratory using Complete Random Design (CRD) with observation of color result. Using the newton’s reversed ring scale which concentrated color has scale 4 and the bright color has scale 1. The research was conducted by three treatments of volume comparison with four replications. Using application of SPSS version 15.0 to test of Pearson correlation and examine alkaloid in the combination of mengkudu (Morinda citrifolia) and galangal (Alpinia galanga) there is a change of color become orange, that’s mean positive (+) contains alkaloid. Examining flavonoid, there is change of color become yellow, that’s mean positive (+) contains flavonoid. Examining of saponin by seeing the positive stable foam (+), it contains saponin. The correlation result of active compound on the mengkudu galangal, flavonoids that correlate with alkaloid is very strong also between alkaloid with saponin, and flavonoid with saponin.

ABSTRAK
Jamu kudu laos potensial sebagai terapi kebugaran yang digunakan dalam perawatan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mempelajari kandungan senyawa aktif dalam perasan dari perlakuan perbandingan volume Kudu-Laos yang berbeda dan mendapatkan korelasi diantara senyawa aktif. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimental laboratorium menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan pengamatan warna. Menggunakan skala cincin newton yang dibalik yaitu warna pekat mempunyai skala 4 dan warna lebih terang dengan skala 1. Dilakukan tiga kali perlakuan berbandingan volume dengan empat kali pengulangan. Menggunakan data analisis tes korelasi Pearson aplikasi SPSS versi 15.0. Hasil penelitian kombinasi mengkudu dan lengkuas uji alkaloid terdapat perubahan warna menjadi oranye yang berarti positif (+) mengandung alkaloid. Uji flavonoid terjadi perubahan warna menjadi kuning positif (+) adanya flavonoid. Uji saponin dengan melihat busa stabil banyak busa positif (+) mengandung saponin. Hasil korelasi senyawa aktif pada jamu kudu-laos flavonoid berkorelasi dengan alkaloid sangat kuat, demikian pula antara alkaloid dengan saponin serta antara flavonoid dengan saponin.
